Guest Terms & Payment Policy

These terms apply when you scan a RequestLine event QR code or open an event link. By requesting, voting, uploading or paying, you agree to them, to the Terms of Service and to the Privacy Policy.

Who you're dealing with. Each event is run by an independent DJ, band, host or venue (the "DJ"), not by RequestLine. RequestLine (Vetter Ventures LLC) provides the software.

Requests are suggestions. The DJ decides what plays and when. Requests, votes and boosts help shape the night but don't guarantee a song will be played.

Paid features. Tips, paid requests, boosts, dedications, Stop That Track, photo/video moments and animations are optional entertainment features. You're paying the DJ for them, and the payment is processed by Stripe through RequestLine's platform. Paying does not guarantee a song will be played, played at a certain time, or stopped, or that an upload or message will be shown; the DJ may decline or remove anything. Tips are voluntary gifts to the DJ.

Donations. If the event has a fundraiser, the DJ collects donations for the beneficiary named on the page and is responsible for passing them on. RequestLine does not verify fundraisers, and donations are not tax-deductible through RequestLine.

Refunds. All payments are final unless the DJ chooses to refund you or the law requires a refund. Contact the DJ first (their booking link is on the event page). If you can't reach them, email dj.vet.803@gmail.com with the event link, amount and time, and we'll help. Card disputes are handled through Stripe and your card issuer.

Payment apps. If you tip using Venmo, Cash App, PayPal, Zelle, Chime or another app shown on the page, that payment goes directly to the DJ under that app's terms, and RequestLine can't see, refund or recover it.

What you post is public at the event. Your name (if you add one), messages, photos and videos may appear on a big screen everyone can see. Only post content you have the right to share. No nudity, hate, harassment, threats, or images of people who haven't agreed to be shown. The DJ and RequestLine may remove anything.

Age. You must be 13 or older to enter your name, send messages, or upload photos or videos. You must be 18 or older, or have a parent's or guardian's permission, to make a payment.

Your uploads. You keep ownership of your photos, videos and messages, and you let the DJ and RequestLine display them during and after the event (for example, in the DJ's event recap or photo album). Our storage copies are deleted 30 days after the event.

No guarantee the page will work. Event pages depend on internet and phone service. RequestLine isn't responsible for outages, missed requests or the DJ's decisions.
